Oldham Service Flat / Apartment No. 2
Apartment No. 2 is equiped with:
32″ TV, Electric fire, Fridge, Electric Hob, Combination Microwave Oven with Grill, Toaster, Kettle, Cutlery, Crockery and Cooking Utensils.
Central heating is provided three times daily (October to March) for a total of five hours per day, which also provides hot water.
All other times heating is from an elecric fire. Electricity is metered.
The flat is clean, tastefully decorated and furnished, with ample storage space.
Plus! Appropriate CLEANING SERVICE and ALL BED LINEN PROVIDED (we don’t provide TOWELS).

1. Pay in full, when making the booking.
2. Pay a 50% deposit and pay the balance IN CASH ON ARRIVAL.
PAYMENTS can be cash, bank transfer, cheque or PayPal.
NOTE! Pay any part of the total charges in cash (deposit, balance or in full), for a £7 discount.
CHEQUES MUST BE CLEARED BERORE ARRIVAL. Otherwise the total balance of the booking must be PAID IN CASH. A booking won't be honoured until full payment is received.
Allow at least 5 working days (does not include Saturday & Sunday) for CHEQUES TO CLEAR.

Standard accepted reservation periods are as stated above.
For different reservation periods please call for availability and quote.
For cancellations 48 hours or more prior to the reservation start date a charge of 50% of the reservation charge will be imposed.
There will be no refunds for the following:
Cancellations less than 48 hours, non arrivals, and reservations cut short for any reason and refusal of accommodation (see terms and conditions).
